1. Eligibility for Wholesale Account
To qualify for wholesale pricing and access, you must:
• Be a registered business or a verified reseller.
• Provide a valid business name, contact details, and shipping address.
• Agree to these Wholesale Terms and Conditions in full.
Kly Cosmetic Store reserves the right to approve or decline any wholesale application at our discretion.
2. Product Pricing & Availability
• Wholesale prices are exclusive of VAT (where applicable) unless stated otherwise.
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice based on currency fluctuations, supplier pricing, and inventory changes.
• Products are sold based on current stock availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly to suggest alternatives or process a partial fulfillment.
3. Order Minimums & Quantity
• Each wholesale order must meet the store’s minimum order quantity (MOQ) and/or minimum purchase value, depending on product category.
• Some products may have specific case pack requirements (e.g., 12 units per SKU). These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
• Orders that do not meet these requirements may be delayed or cancelled.
4. Payments
• All wholesale orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, debit card, or Paystack payment gateway via the website.
• Kly Cosmetic Store does not offer credit terms or pay-on-delivery for wholesale orders.
5. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
• We deliver nationwide via trusted logistics partners. Delivery timelines depend on your location and logistics provider.
• Customers may choose to arrange their own pickup from our Effurun store.
• Once an order is handed over to the courier, the responsibility lies with the buyer. Tracking information will be provided.
6. Inspection & Acceptance
• Please inspect your order upon receipt. If there are any discrepancies or damaged items, report them within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.
• Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be honored.
• If a claim is valid, we may offer a store credit, replacement (if in stock), or adjustment at our discretion.
7. No Refunds Policy
All wholesale purchases are final. Kly Cosmetic Store does not offer refunds under any circumstance.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Customer error (e.g., incorrect quantity or product ordered)
• Change of mind
• Unsold stock
Please ensure you are certain about your order before making payment.
8. Resale & Branding
• Wholesale customers are permitted to resell our products as-is. Rebranding or relabeling must be approved in writing.
• Kly Cosmetic Store is not responsible for any claims or liabilities arising from reselling misrepresented or altered products.
9. Modification of Terms
Kly Cosmetic Store reserves the right to update these wholesale terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of your wholesale account constitutes acceptance of any changes.
10. Governing Law
These terms and any dispute arising from wholesale transactions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
