1. Wet hair thoroughly — Saturate hair and scalp with warm water to open cuticles and prepare for cleansing.
2. Apply the shampoo — Pour a generous amount into your palm (start with a coin-sized dollop, add more for longer/thicker hair). Apply directly to the scalp, then work through the lengths.
