How to Use:

• For Adults & Children (12+ years):

  • Apply a small amount to affected area

  • Gently massage in circular motions

  • Use 2-3 times daily as needed

• For Cold Relief:

  • Rub on chest and back before bedtime

  • Can be applied under nostrils for congestion

• Caution:

  • Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes

  • Wash hands after application

  • Discontinue use if irritation occurs
